About the Tutor:

Australia has been kind to me. It gave me the opportunity to move from school teaching, to tutoring in the English Department of Queensland University while studying for a M. Lit. Some years later, having completed a post-grad Social Work Degree, I trained with 'Relationships Australia '.
When I retired from this second, counselling career, we moved back to Brisbane and I enrolled at U3A as a student. This was such an enjoyable experience that I applied to join the group of volunteer tutors.
It is hard to believe this will be my 12th year of teaching 'Literature in Context'.
