Each week, we will explore the flavors of a different country, creating breakfast, lunch, and dinner using ingredients you already have or can easily find at affordable prices. From the sunny shores of Italy to the vibrant streets of Mexico, the fresh and fragrant dishes of Thailand, and the hearty, soulful meals of Greece, you'll experience a world of tastes and traditions. We'll even set the mood to match each country, making each class a full cultural experience!

About the Tutor:
For most of my working life I have worked with computers. I have also taught in schools, mostly computer based classes. I was bought up in a guesthouse, where my mother was the cook, amd I have retained a strong interest in food and cooking. And heathy diet.
In all classes I will show you how to get accurate information from the web, and to use AI..
