Tutor: Marcel Miltenburg
This is a continuing class for members of B12 Tai Chi Beginners class in 2025. It is a gentle form of exercise made up of smooth, graceful movements and breathing techniques that focus your mind. The movements in Tai Chi gently exercise the muscles and joints in your body and can improve your flexibility. Practicing Tai Chi may also help you to relax and improve your sense of well being. We start each class with gentle warmup exercises conducive to harmonizing Body, Mind and Spirit.
