Qualified Coaches
Try for four weeks ($10.00 per session) with accredited coaches in a friendly and supportive environment. Tuesdays 3, 10, 17 and 24 February - 9:30 -11:00am Lovely all-weather covered green. Northern Suburbs Bowls Club, 175 Edinburgh castle Road Wavell Heights. Lawn bowls is a low-impact, therapeutic exercise that can improve fitness, coordination and confidence. Use of club bowls or bring your own during the course. Bowling arms are available. Barefoot or flat shoes. Any questions, email: This email address is being protected from spambots.
