This class is for those who have completed intermediate classes and want to go on learning how to crack the code. Learn to unravel more complex clues, extend your thinking skills and have fun. About the Tutor:
I have always been passionate about words and was writing and doing 'ordinary' crosswords from an early age. I recently retired as a speech therapist and still work as a freelance editor. In my spare time I write (mainly poetry) and, of course, do cryptic crosswords! I initially taught myself to 'crack the cryptic crossword code' by looking at the answers and working backwards. Later I discovered David Astle's books and learned more secrets and clues. I love helping others to learn this fascinating and addictive pastime.
