About the Tutor:

I had a very successful career as a consulting engineer which took me around the world. I started to trace my family history in the 1970's and gathered a huge number of names and dates but with my career of writing technical specifications and management reports, my writing skills for family history needed improvement. After 6 years with this course, where you learn by example and shared experience, I have completed writing up my mother's family history and now working on my father's side. Other volumes will follow. It is a privilege to now be the "tutor" for the class.
