Do you like books that help you understand the society we live in? Would you like to share that reading experience with others? Of so, why not try this class? This term, we'll be reading End Times by Peter Turchin, a Professor in Complexity Science at the University of Connecticut, and a pioneer in cliodynamics, the science of making history predictable. The book explains how all societies go through cycles of integration and disintegration over time, and why we're at the end of such a cycle now. To help you decide, see:
