U07 Humans, Neuropsychology and our Mind

Tutor: Richard Wall
What does it mean to be 'a human'. Originally it was called our SPIRIT, then SOUL eventually our SELF. About 200 years ago microscopes began exploring brain structure . Next came Freud and other psychologists studying behaviour and the brain's MIND. Today MRIs and PET Scans help us understand brain function. After the Second World War psychologists began to question Conformity and today we have a world of Marketing and Woke influencing. This leads to perception, brain function and relationship dynamics. We need all three!Psychologists are becoming NEUROPSYCHOLOGISTS.
