Tutor: Gabrielle Nicholson
The Writers' Collective began with four budding writers who met at a U3A course and found inspiration in sharing our writing journey. Inspired by the learning opportunities we so enjoyed, we have created a welcoming space for writers at all levels to connect with other fellow writers. There are no expectations here, just an open, enthusiastic, and curious group eager to explore the world through written words. We hope to be sharing writing with each other in supportive ways. The group has no formal curriculum or materials and sessions are ongoing, continuing each term while interest remains.

About the Tutor:
After chatting with fellow writing students, four of us decided to start a U3A writers’ group to keep sharing, learning, and supporting one another. We welcome anyone interested in writing to join us—whether you’re keen to learn, share your work, or simply meet other writers. The group has a maximum of 9 members and is a collective where we all participate in the running of it. As for myself, I am a novice writer and U3A member. I’ve volunteered to organise the membership enquiries, so please feel free to contact me with any questions or to enrol.Unfortunately enrolments in this class have exceeded room capacity and no new enrolments can be accepted at this time. You may contact the tutor to express your interest should a vacancy arise.
If you wish to obtain further information about this class before enrolling, you may send a message to the tutor using the Send Enquiry Message button below.
