This is a class for people who already have basic skills in understanding, speaking and writing English. In this class, you will enjoy developing greater confidence and skills in English by practising conversation, reading short articles about current topics and discussing them, doing some practical writing exercises, and learning new vocabulary and grammar.
Venue: 232 Adelaide St
Friday 9.30am - 10.45am. Classes start 24 April, finish 26 June.
Cost: $50 (prepaid), 10 weeks

About the Tutor:
I am a qualified teacher of English language for adults, with over 20 years experience in various language programs for people who have come to Australia as migrants, refugees and overseas students. I am a native speaker of English and have been learning German for many years, both formally at university and at language schools in Germany and also informally through conversation practice, reading and listening to German.If you are a U3A Brisbane member you may enrol in this class online using the Enrol button below.
