This advanced class invites participants to explore the deeper questions of life, personal growth, and psychological transformation in a thoughtful and supportive environment. Together we will dive into the meaning and purpose of existence, examining how our beliefs, experiences, and perspectives shape the way we live. The course will explore themes such as healing and inner guidance, free will and determination, and what "salvation" or personal redemption can mean in a modern psychological and philosophical context.
Venue: 232 Adelaide St
Wednesday 12.45pm - 2.00pm. Classes start 22 April, finish 24 June.
Cost: $50 (prepaid), 10 weeks

A key focus will be examining and gently challenging the "victim role," encouraging participants to reflect on how personal responsibility, mindset, and self-awareness can influence wellbeing and life direction.
Through open discussion, reflection, and shared insight, participants will be invited to question assumptions, consider new perspectives, and deepen their understanding of themselves and others. The class will also remain flexible, allowing space for topics and questions that participants wish to bring into the conversation.
This course is designed for curious and reflective learners who enjoy thoughtful dialogue and are interested in exploring the psychological, philosophical, and practical aspects of personal transformation.
