This Healthy Aging & Vitality Class is for seniors who want to feel stronger, more energetic, and more confident in daily life. Each session covers practical topics such as strength training, cardio, balance, mobility and flexibility exercises, balanced nutrition and weight loss strategies, quality sleep and mental health. Proven lifestyle habits that promote longevity and independence.
Tuesday 8.00am - 9.00am. Classes start 21 April, finish 23 June.
Cost: $25 (prepaid), 10 weeks
