Intermediate guitar tuition for people who have completed two terms of guitar, and can sight read the six strings, play some simple tab and chord pieces. Lessons will lead onto some more complex sight reading, counting, and a variety of contemporary tunes.
Venue: 288 Edward St
Thursday 11.00am - 12.15pm. 8 weeks. Classes started 30 July, finish 17 September.
Cost: $40 (prepaid), 8 weeks

About the Tutor:
I have recently retired after a 45-year career as a nurse. At the same time, as my second job, I have taught and played guitar, playing in bands, learning classical guitar, and writing quite a few songs. I have tended to play all styles of guitar, rock, folk, classical, blues, slide.Over the years as a guitar teacher, I have taught many private students, as well as different groups, 2025 taking 3 groups at Brisbane Tafe, and at the old night schools.
I think I`m a very patient teacher, so happy to take on all comers.
