If it has been a while since you last crocheted or have always wanted to try it, you may like to join this beginner's course. We will use a variety of stitches to crochet a number of different squares which can be put together as a cushion cover, scarf, bag or repeated for a full blanket. Helpful techniques will be covered as well as understanding crochet terminology so you can follow patterns and charts. Bring 8ply/DK yarn and a 4.5mm crochet hook to class.

About the Tutor:
I am a retired university lecturer in teacher education so I bring a teaching background. I have crocheted for as long as I can remember and have taken and taught numerous workshops. I am involved with a large number of weekly groups and two organisations including Crochet Guild Australia.Unfortunately this class is over-subscribed and no further enrolments can be accepted at this time. You may contact the tutor to express your interest should a vacancy arise.
