If it has been a while since you last crocheted or have always wanted to try it, you may like to join this beginner's course. We will use a variety of stitches to crochet a number of different squares which can be put together as a cushion cover, scarf, bag or repeated for a full blanket. Helpful techniques will be covered as well as understanding crochet terminology so you can follow patterns and charts. Bring 8ply/DK yarn and a 4.5mm crochet hook to class.
Venue: 288 Edward St
Thursday 11.15am - 12.45pm. 8 weeks. Classes started 16 July, finish 3 September.

About the Tutor:
I am a retired university lecturer in teacher education so I bring a teaching background. I have crocheted for as long as I can remember and have taken and taught numerous workshops.
