No passport required just a sense of adventure! This term we're travelling the globe again, learning about delicious, budget friendly meals inspired by Ireland, Argentina, Egypt, Ghana, Peru, Portugal, Romania, South Korea, Sri Lanka, and Uzbekistan. Each week we'll have recipes for simple breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas using affordable, easy to find ingredients proving once and for all that exciting food doesn't require a first class airfare (or a first class grocery bill!). Also a bit of history, geography, and odd customs, and music.
Venue: 288 Edward St
Wednesday 9.00am - 10.30am. Classes started 15 July, finish 16 September.
Cost: $45 (prepaid), 9 weeks

Expect hearty Irish comfort food, vibrant South American flavours, warming African favourites, and fragrant Asian spices all adapted for cooking for one or two. Well share stories, set the mood with a little music, learn new skills, and enjoy plenty of laughs along the way.
No experience needed just bring your appetite and your curiosity.

About the Tutor:
For most of my working life I have worked with computers. I have also taught in schools, mostly computer based classes. I was bought up in a guesthouse, where my mother was the cook, amd I have retained a strong interest in food and cooking. And heathy diet.
In all classes I will show you how to get accurate information from the web, and to use AI..
