Spirit of Christmas

Join in the celebration of the Spirit of Christmas and the festive season with QPAC’s traditional yuletide concert in the grandeur of the Concert Hall.

Spirit of Christmas features a stunning line up with a full orchestra, choirs, and two of Australia’s leading musical theatre performers. This concert is an occasion to enjoy uplifting songs, be inspired by Christmas' enduring message of love and peace, and sing-a-long to much-loved Christmas carols.

Maximum of 4 seats can be purchased per member.

QIMR BERGHOFER MEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE, WEDNESDAY 11TH MARCH 2020

QIMR Berghofer

Take a tour of QIMR Berghofer's facility at Herston - during the tour you will see the inner workings of one of Australia's largest research institutes. The tour includes:
- a presentation in their auditorium
- a guided laboratory visit
- the opportunity to hear from some of the world's leading medical researchers.

Tours are approximately two hours in length, and morning tea and lunch is included.

Note: as a Safety Requirement - CLOSED IN SHOES MUST BE WORN.

Senior Moments 2: Remember Remember is another seriously silly comedy revue, a brilliantly funny collection of comic sketches and songs performed by a cast who are old enough to know better! A classic comedy revue for slightly ‘old’ people. That’s you, isn’t it? Be honest.

RAAF AMBERLY HERITAGE CENTRE, THURSDAY 2ND APRIL 2020

RAAF Amberley

Tour through the RAAF Amberley Heritage Centre - wander through the displays, across four hangars, which include aircraft such as a WWII Boston bomber, Sabre and Mirage fighter jets and of course the F-111. There are also many special collections of vehicles, medals and weapons.

Morning tea and lunch at a local club are included.

Note: Photo ID is required on the day for entry.

Shrek The Musical, based on the Oscar winning DreamWorks film, brings the hilarious story of everyone’s favourite ogre to life on the stage. Join Shrek, our unlikely hero, and his loyal steed Donkey as they set off on a quest to rescue the beautiful Princess Fiona from her tower, guarded by a fire breathing love-sick dragon. Add the vertically challenged Lord Farquaad, a gang of fairytale misfits, and a biscuit with attitude, and you’ve got an irresistible mix of adventure, laughter and romance, guaranteed to delight audiences of all ages!
